If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Cafe Trip Is Life provides:

  • Restaurant and café services at our physical location in Varkala, Kerala
  • Online reservation and inquiry services
  • WhatsApp-based communication services for reservations, order updates, promotions, and customer support
  • Integration with Meta (Facebook) platforms for enhanced customer communication

3. WhatsApp Messaging Service

3.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in to our WhatsApp messaging service, you expressly consent to receive the following types of messages from Cafe Trip Is Life:

  • Reservation confirmations and reminders
  • Order status updates and notifications
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and special events
  • Menu updates and new offerings
  • Customer service communications
  • Feedback requests and surveys

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Transactional messages (reservations, orders) are sent as needed. Promotional messages are limited to a reasonable frequency, typically no more than 4-8 messages per month.

3.3 Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving WhatsApp messages at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any message we send
  • Contacting us directly at our café
  • Sending an email request to unsubscribe

Please note that opting out of promotional messages will not affect transactional messages related to active reservations or orders.

4. Meta (Facebook) Platform Integration

  • Cancel reservations in case of no-shows or policy violations
  • Modify menu items, prices, and availability without prior notice

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tripislife Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
